As an independent learning cooperative in the state of Missouri and a private online school we have no requirement of accreditation. We do however ensure rigor, adaptability and constant improvements within the design of our curriculum and conduct internal accreditation and quarterly reviews. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds Books: We accept returns and provide refunds for books within 30 days of the purchase date. The book must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accompanying accessories or items. Clothing: We accept returns and provide refunds for clothing within 14 days of the purchase date. The clothing item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Non-eligible Items The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective: E-books or digital downloads. Intimate or sanitary goods, such as undergarments or swimwear. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance." Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps: Contact us via email to inform us about the return and the reason for it. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that all accessories, tags, and accompanying items are included. Ship the item back to our designated return address, which will be provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item. Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective. Refund Process Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately.
